The last little witch..lives alone, she tells tales of long ago…when life was full of colour

This interactive installation offers an intimate puppetry experience designed especially for family audiences at festivals and public events.

Audiences are invited to peep inside a carefully designed home environment, where live puppetry is performed!

The Fairies whisper, Merlin moans, the birds sing their songs and the spiders and snakes are quite at home chatting to the old lady who lives there…

The installation is well suited to a drop-in experience throughout the day, it is fully immersive and audience led.

The Bit on the Side Show

This performance installation is housed within a beautifully crafted wooden booth and features a cast of traditional characters who engage audiences one at a time. Each visitor is invited into a private encounter where fortunes are told, jokes are shared, tricks are revealed, and dances unfold, creating a playful and highly personal theatrical experience.

Presented as an individual performance rather than a group show, the work offers a rare opportunity for audiences to slow down and connect directly with the performer. Drawing on historical performance traditions, the booth becomes a portal to another time, offering theatre in a format that feels intimate, surprising, and delightfully unusual for contemporary festivals.

The installation operates as a repeatable, drop-in experience, making it well suited to festivals seeking distinctive, high-quality work that encourages curiosity and sustained audience engagement throughout the day.
