The Ugly Duckling retold by Rachella the Storyteller

The Ugly Duckling tells the tale of a young bird,  rejected by others for looking different. Teased and excluded, he spends a difficult winter alone. In the spring, he sees a beautiful swan in the lake and realizes,  that he has grown into one himself.

The story ends with acceptance, self-discovery, and pride in who he has become, as well as a reminder to never judge a book by its cover!
